Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
15 oz pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 Tbsp FlavorGod Pumpkin Pie
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Line a 9x11" pan with parchment paper.
Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix well to combine.
Evenly pour mixture in the lined pan.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Make the crumble topping while that bakes.
Crumble Topping Ingredients:
1 stick butter, unsalted
1 c + 1 Tbsp flour
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Use fingers to break up the butter.
Mix until you get an even, coarse mixture.
Once cake has finished baking, remove from the oven and sprinkle topping on top.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting and serving.
