MEDITERRANEAN BREAKFAST SKILLET 🥘🥘🥘⁣

INGREDIENTS⁣
⁣
1 Tbsp olive oil⁣
3 ounces diced pancetta⁣
1/2 medium onion, diced⁣
1 clove garlic, minced⁣
4 eggs, whisked⁣
1/2 cup tomato grapes, halved⁣
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved⁣
6 ounces jarred artichokes, chopped⁣
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves⁣

INSTRUCTIONS⁣
⁣
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pancetta and onion – cook together 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic, cook 1 more minute.⁣

Stir whisked eggs into skillet and season generously with Flavor God ITALIAN ZEST. Once eggs are scrambled, add tomatoes, olives, artichokes and spinach. Gently mix until warmed through.⁣

Sprinkle breakfast skillet with additional Flavor God seasonings if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
