We’re all about teamwork here so we love throwing in some fun team comps! Here was today’s:

“TURF BATTLE” - As a team, get as many medballs from one end of the turf to the other. In order to get the ball to the other end you must complete 4 moves with it (jump squats, plank alphabet A-Z, sit-up wall balls, and alternating mb pushups). Then you have to complete a plank slider walk the whole length of the turf to grab another ball 💪🏼

Each ball represents a certain amount of points. The heavier the ball, the more points you get. Most points as a team during this 6 minute station wins!

Shout out to these bad ass, and obviously, super strong ladies. They are using 16lb, 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb balls in this video!!
