Leaving Colorado feeling motivated and inspired after spending time with some incredibly talented people, like @ultramarathon. This guy right here RAN from California to NYC in 75 days, ran a marathon in each of the 50 states in 50 days, and ran 350 miles in 88 hours and 44 mins without any sleep (to name a few). It was also great to hear from @アダム・リッポン on the challenges he faced to become an Olympic medalist.

Both have proven that mental strength is just as important as physical strength. They are perfect examples of what can be achieved if you stay in the right mindset. If you continue to put in the mental work, you’ll notice the major benefits in (and more importantly) outside of the gym 💪🏼
