As always I speak openly and honestly about procedures I have had in order to educate and inform others of safe practise and the reality of surgical and aesthetic enhancements for people to make better informed decisions. During a chest press my implants push forwards when my muscles are engaged and it makes them very obvious because of their round silicone shape. However when I relax they relax back into my chest and the shape softens and appears more natural. Every time I train chest at the gym people comment that my cleavage looks bigger afterwards because the supporting muscles push them forwards - which is why surgery and fitness work so well together to achieve unnatural body goals. All ladies know how losing weight shrinks breast tissue as the bust is made up largely of body fat deposits, so breastfeeding two children and lowering my body fat for bodybuilding means I will remain naturally flat chested without surgery.
