Sometimes I forget how amazing it was to live just a short distance from this most magical Hindu temple called Tanah Lot on the Indonesian island of Bali. Priests in their transitional clothing at the sacred entrance as the tide began to rise. For five year a simple home surrounded by rice fields in Canggu was home. Such an immersive life, I created a book in respect to the kindness of the people, their unique spiritual culture, Island of The Spirits. It feels like yesterday, tomorrow too. Home.
