QUICK PORK & CABBAGE STIR-FRY🍲🍲

Simple one-skillet Asian dish loaded with good stuff and great flavors. Features @Flavorgod Seasonings HIMALAYAN SALT & PINK PEPPERCORN.

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
3 tsp sesame oil – divided
3/4 pound boneless pork loin chops
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 scallions, sliced
4 cups pre-packaged Asian slaw mix
2 Tbsp coconut aminos (a soy sauce substitute)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red peppers (adjust for more or less heat)
Flavor God HIMALAYAN SALT & PINK PEPPERCORN, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
First cut pork into thin strips, then slice the bell pepper and onions. Set aside.

Whisk 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in with the 2 eggs. Heat egg mixture over medium high in a large skillet and scramble. Remove eggs from skillet and set aside.

In same skillet, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Add pork strips and season with Flavor God HIMALAYAN SALT & PINK PEPPERCORN as desired. Cook pork just until pink – about 3 minutes. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

In the empty skillet, heat a little olive oil to medium high. Add mushrooms, season with Flavor God HIMALAYAN SALT & PINK PEPPERCORN as desired, and sauté 3-4 minutes.

Next add the scallions and cabbage to the cooked mushrooms – stir just until cabbage is slightly wilted, about 1 minute. Serve immediately and enjoy!
