Set aside.⁣ —⁣ Grab a regular stovetop skillet and add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion over medium high heat about 3 minutes. Next add the bell pepper and cook until all the veggies are tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.⁣ —⁣ Return stovetop skillet to burner and brown the sliced andouille sausages for about 5-8 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.⁣ —⁣ Whisk 5 eggs, adding in a generous dash or two of Flavor God CAJUN LOVERS.⁣ —⁣ Place half the onions, peppers and sausage in one 6-inch skillet, and add the remaining half to the other 6-inch skillet.⁣ —⁣ Pour the seasoned whisked eggs over each skillet. Sprinkle additional Flavor God CAJUN LOVERS over each skillet if desired, plus any salt and pepper.⁣ —⁣ Place the mini-skillets in 350ºF oven and bake about 15 minutes, or just until eggs are cooked through.⁣ —⁣ Enjoy hot out of the oven.
