Features @flavorgod GARLIC LOVERS & ITALIAN ZEST seasonings.⁣ ⁣ *From @paleo_newbie_recipes:⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS:⁣ ⁣ 1 Tbsp olive oil⁣ 1/2 medium onion, chopped⁣ 1/2 pound bulk sausage (your choice)⁣ 1 clove garlic, minced⁣ Flavor God GARLIC LOVERS & ITALIAN ZEST seasonings⁣ 1/2 large yam, peeled and cubed small⁣ 1/2 large white sweet potato, peeled and cubed small⁣ 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced⁣ Fresh parsley leaves, chopped (for garnish)⁣ ⁣ ⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣ ⁣ In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and onion. Cook about 4 minutes, then add sausage. Sprinkle with Flavor God GARLIC LOVERS & ITALIAN ZEST seasonings as desired. Cook until sausage is browned, then add the garlic. Cook just 1 more minute, then remove mixture from pan and set aside.⁣ --⁣ In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and then the cubed yam and sweet potato. Apply Flavor God GARLIC LOVERS & ITALIAN ZEST seasonings liberally to the potatoes. Continue cooking about 15 minutes. As potatoes soften, add the diced bell pepper.
