Photo by @acacia.johnson | A superpod of manta rays soars over the ocean floor near Agua Verde, Baja, Mexico. During a kayak expedition along the Baja coast, we discovered this explosion of life that appeared out of nowhere in the blue – countless rays that moved together in a synchronized cloud, like dancers. What's more, they then proceeded to leap out of the ocean for hours, filing the evening with their leaps and splashes until the sun went down. Amazing animals that we were very privileged to see in such abundance, and so unexpectedly - even outside of the nearby national park. Let's help keep the oceans as rich and abundant as this.
