The last Japan Games was held in 2003 when NBA legend Rashard Lewis scored 50 points on 18-for-25 shooting to break Clyde Drexler's Japan scoring mark (41), leading the Seattle SuperSonics to a huge win! When I had the opportunity to sit down and interview him one-on-one, he mentioned that it was the highlight of his career and the moment he felt that he “finally arrived in the NBA", as he was trying to make a name for himself in the league back then. Making that mark especially in a whole different country on the other side of the world was very special to him, and he shared that it's a moment he will never ever forget.✨ I cannot wait to see what the players will put out on the court at this year's Japan Games!
