Three days in @kitzbuehel_tirol was enough to get completely addicted to Kaiserschmarrn - sweet, torn omlette served with plum compote. We both agreed with @nakarmiona that this dish was a highlight of our trip.
We fell in love especially in the apple version of it and now I badly want to recreate perfect version at home. I bought kilo of apples and box of eggs, and made first one for todays breakafast. I used too little pan and it didn’t have room to fry evenly but using clarified butter was a good move. I got hooked and won’t stop in effort to make it perfect.
