I’m joking it’s a scrambled egg bread, as it has addition of slightly toasted wheat germs - grain yolks - the most nutritious and tasty part of the grain that get soaked with hot water. This porridge could easily pretend to be vegan version of scrambled eggs if it wasn’t so incredibly sweet. I was surprise how much, like pure natural sugar. So they get to the dough - 50% of freshly milled whole wheat. Result is very wheaty, deep, sweet loaf with soft interior.
