Having had my BBL buttock implant surgery I’ve been creative at the gym whilst training abs as I withhold from traditional seated ab exercises such as sit-ups and crunches whilst I fully heal. I happen to love planking as it gets my whole body heated and trembling and is far harder than it looks. I’m so happy to be back at the gym again, gradually reintroducing fitness post-surgery and having my routine and motivation back. It goes to show that anything is possible my darlings, we can achieve the body of our dreams so long as we’re prepared to work hard enough for it - and where Mother Nature finishes science can take over. I pushed my body to its physical limits to become as toned, muscular and strong as possible after having two children, using implants to restore the volume from the bodyfat that I lost on my buttocks and hips as a result of hitting my physical peak.
