I’m so excited! Today is my very first day training legs after my BBL surgery -buttock implants- I’m 10weeks post-op tomorrow and have taken time out from bodybuilding to rest and recover. Now that I’m healed I can gradually regain my lower body endurance and strength to maximise my results by combining fitness with aesthetics which I’m so hyped about! This surgery works incredibly well with a fit and active lifestyle and so I’m starting slow and low with my weights and reps to allow my body to adjust gradually before I return to hardcore kickass weight training once again. What an exciting day this is for me! I wish you all love, light and motivation for your health and fitness journeys
