I’ve always taken such good care of my skin because you’ve got to love the skin you’re in. People often comment on my skin, that it looks so youthful for my age. I’ll be turning 43 this year and I can really see the benefits of long term skin care regimes. Did you know that your skin is the largest organ of your body? Along with your liver, lungs, intestines, lymphatic system and kidneys it is responsible for the elimination of toxins from the body. It also absorbs everything you put on it so it has always made me super aware of what I put on my skin. I feed it with goodness, allow it to breathe, and clear all that needs to be released ?

Skincare is also so important to me especially because I travel and beach so much ?♀️ These products have saved my dry, salty skin after so much time mermaiding this summer. They are super hydrating, free of nasties and cruelty free, which is an essential factor for me in choosing any skin care range. Always ensure any product you choose has not been tested on animals. They deserve better ??
