LOBSTER ROLL SNACKERS????

My seasonings are awesome in seafood dishes. Add savory and aromatic notes of flavor for these lobster snack rolls??‼️

Ingredients:

? 112 g cooked lobster, chopped into bite sized pieces
? 2 Tbsp light mayo
? 3-4 dashes hot sauce
? 2 Tbsp celery, sliced and chopped
? 1/8 tsp chives, finely chopped
? FlavorGod No Salt, to taste
? 4 Hawaiian rolls
? 1 Tbsp butter, salted

In a mixing bowl, mix together the lobster, mayo, hot sauce, celery, chives and no salt seasoning.
Set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, add the butter.
Portion the bread where you have two still fused together, making 2 long rolls.
Slice the center tops of the bread, but do not cut all the way through.

Place them on the side, lengthwise, into the buttered pan.
Flip over once and cook until sides are golden brown.

Divide the lobster mixture into both rolls and serve immediately with lemon wedges and chips if desired.
