Ingredients:⠀
1 - portobello mushroom / cut into strips⠀
1 - onion / cut into 1/2 rings⠀
1 - egg / beaten⠀
1 cup - panko breadcrumbs⠀
1/2 cup - flour / brown rice flour⠀
#flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper⠀
Garnish:⠀
#flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning⠀
Parsely⠀
*optional - Parmesan cheese⠀
#flavorgod Pink S&P⠀

Directions:⠀
Preheat oven to 425* Fahrenheit.⠀
In 3 separate shallow bowls, add: egg, panko crumbs and flour. Beat the egg.⠀
Season the flour with #flavorgod.⠀
Next dredge the onion rings and mushroom strips in flour, then egg, than breadcrumbs.⠀
Set coated rings and mushroom strips on a baking sheet with wire rack and brush with olive oil.⠀
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.⠀

Garnish with #flavorgod ketchup seasoning and parsley.⠀
