LIGHT WEIGHT POSTURE WORKOUT ?????? If you’re looking to strengthen your upper back to improve your posture (hello sitting at a desk or driving all day! ?) THIS workout is for you!!
I used 2 tins of beans ? but you can use a 500g - 1kg weight if you have them ??

❗️NOTE: before each exercise make sure you pull your shoulders away from your ears (lengthen neck) & draw your shoulder blades together...all lying exercises are with your forehead touching the ground.
