1. Shoulder Press Drop Set (what’s a drop set? Each round you will perform 2 drops. You start with a “heavy” weight (something you can ONLY do 6-8 reps with). After you finish those reps you drop to a light weight (5-10lbs less) and perform as many reps as possible. You should hit 10-12 reps.
