7 years later & 20 lbs heavier! 💪🏻😈 21 & 28 years old! The pic on the left was my first progress picture of ALL TIME! 👶🏻 I remember it was the day I decided to begin my fitness journey!! I can’t believe I’m actually showing it 😝… no makeup in either too 🙈 Haha!

⬇️ Key points I’ve learned in the past 7 years‼️

▪️FOOD IS FUEL not an enemy.
▪️You don’t need to be and shouldn’t be obsessive about food & fitness to see results. It should be an enjoyable journey.
▪️Food & fitness should NOT take over your life.
▪️One or a few “cheat meals” will not ruin your progress... they can actually be beneficial sometimes!
▪️You should enjoy the way YOU do fitness. What’s right for you may not be what’s right for someone else.
▪️F&CK THE SCALE.
▪️Carbs and/or fat are NOT bad. They are both EXTREMELY important for health and hormones.
▪️Cardio is NOT the only way to burn fat.
▪️You do not need to workout hours everyday to see results.
