It should be an enjoyable journey. ▪️Food & fitness should NOT take over your life. ▪️One or a few “cheat meals” will not ruin your progress... they can actually be beneficial sometimes! ▪️You should enjoy the way YOU do fitness. What’s right for you may not be what’s right for someone else. ▪️F&CK THE SCALE. ▪️Carbs and/or fat are NOT bad.
