FORE! ⛳️? I’ve been traveling heavily the last 2 weeks. Diet, water, training, sleep been off, and boozing has been ON haha ? It’s been fun and refreshing with no regrets ??‍♀️ but I’m feelin’ off that’s for sure! ??These are the steps I take after heavy travel or partying… - ✅ Increase water, greens, and fiber❗️ I’ll usually incorporate a scoop or two of greens powder as well ? (I use and love @livbody discount: JANNA20). - ✅ GUT HEALTH: I’ll take extra probiotics and drink a kombucha ?? I also incorporate healing foods/supps like collagen (@livbody as well), bone broth, apple cider vinegar, and sometimes L- Glutamine. - ✅ I go to bed EARLY and sleep as much as I can. I use @curednutrition CBD ? for sleep, inflammation, and anxiety. Discount: JANNA. - ✅ I choose not to hit training super hard the day after I’m back because intense training (although is good for you) it is a stressor to the body. Anytime I hit it HARD the day after I’m back, I literally hate myself so bad ?? so I like to give myself at least a day of rest in between. - ✅ I choose to focus on movement and lighter activity like walking, stretching/yoga, or a lighter gym sesh ? If you have access to a sauna that’s perfect so you can sweat but still keep it low intensity for that day ? But day 2... (after good hydration, nutrition, and sleep) its ON? !!
