‼️CRUCIAL TIPS YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR KB SWINGS, PUSH UPS, AND DUMBBELL SNATCHES‼️

▪️KB SWINGS: The proper way to do a kettlebell swing is to hinge at your hips INSTEAD of squatting. I see many people squat during swings but hinging is more effective in targeting glutes and abs. Keep that core tight!!

▪️PUSH UPS: Keep your spine/neck neutral so focus on looking at the ground instead of in front of you. Try not to arch your back or your butt. I also see many people “sagging” their hips down and not engaging their core enough to keep a safe neutral pelvic position.

▪️DB SNATCH: Some people “muscle” the DB up with their arms instead of being explosive with your legs and hips. I looove DB snatches because they target so many muscle groups! Notice how I’m using the explosiveness of my hips to throw the DB up 😉 great way to jack up that heart rate too.
