Photo by @joemcnallyphoto In a continuation of extraordinary people I have met and photographed on assignment for @ナショナルジオグラフィック, the young lady is up there. Blinded by a gunshot wound, she remained, to me, heroic and undaunted. At a camp for visually impaired, she has an encounter with a very quiet and patient horse, and she “sees” the horse via her sense of touch. Simple light, and simple gesture made for a very moving moment. #sight #blindness #horse
