Alternate between the two exercises. Subtract 2 reps each round for single arm press starting with 12 reps (each arm). Add 2 reps each round for push ups until you get to 12 reps!
EXAMPLE:
1. Shoulder Press: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 REPS
2. Push ups: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 REPS
