Happy & proud of the progress I’ve made within a year. I’m not trying to compete. To me fitness is a lifestyle. I enjoy working out, how it makes me feel & how it drives my mind. I’m physically & mentally stronger. Exercise is my mental therapy & has helped me find discipline in many aspects of my life & it makes my heart happy. 💪🏼❤️

I want to encourage woman to be proud & confident & love their bodies in all shapes, sizes & levels of fitness. How we look shouldn’t be a pre-requisite for how much we love ourselves no matter how we look. Life has ups & downs Love yourself in all circumstances. I do believe that in Loving & accepting yourself you should still seek to improve in other ways. If you want to look a certain way, work on it & do it because you want it, not because of someone else or what society says you should look like.
My body does not set the standard for my own self-love & worth. I hope it doesn’t for you. 😘
