We stopped so often I can’t quite recall where, maybe somewhere between Dhaulpur and Baseri. What I do remember well was this roadside chai shop and having three cups, each masala style...ground cloves, nutmeg and something mysterious. It’s one of the beauties of India, in remembrance of flavor, the kindness of people, through narrative cups of chai. Three weeks until I return to complete the next chapter of the @outofedenwalk for @ナショナルジオグラフィック, and the frequent times we will stop for sweet liquid meditations.
