A goal of mine this year is to continue working on my mental health just as much as my physical health. To me, mental health is just as (if not more) important! There are a handful of things I will be working on to remain mentally strong & positive ?? And the great thing about it is that fitness & mental health go hand in hand!

Moving & exercising reduces stress, anxiety, & depression. It releases endorphins that trigger a positive feeling in your body. It also improves your sleep, self esteem & confidence. The saying that “you’re only one workout away from a good mood” is pretty damn true.
.
While I continue working on myself, I also want to help you become a mentally & physically stronger person. I know it’s not easy so I want to do as much as I can to help you!
