Eat with YOUR goals in mind, don’t copy the fads, find what works for you. Make it simple don’t overthink things. _ ?Have a plan of action when you go to the gym. Do not be intimidated of the weights and do not rely solely on cardio. Many women believe the antiquated idea that cardio makes them thin and resistance training makes them bulky. That’s simply NOT TRUE if you want to tone up use weights and supplement with cardio to remove that layer of fat. _ ?There seems to be a common perception that if you workout more and eat next to nothing, you'll lose weight fast. This theory puts your body into a mode of starvation and in turn your body will hold on to everything. You must consume the correct amount of nutrients to see results. 1 meal a day in my opinion is not sufficient for us ladies. _ ?Deciding to get in shape does always mean supplementing. You don’t need to run out and buy whey, pre-workout and fat burners. I do believe in meal replacements 100% just try and eat right and see how you feel. Most times if your well hydrated, sleeping right and eating enough you won’t need hardcore supplements. Vitamins, meal replacements and plant based supplements are best if you go that route. _ ?If your new to working out I suggest full body workouts with 15-20 min of cardio for the first week. Don’t lift too heavy the first week we just want to get your body acclimated. A common error is going too hard and getting too sore.
