The other day I was talking with a girl about joining my team. She said I have never done well working with a group of women it’s always drama and cattiness.

I said man your so right there are so many business out there built around competition and jealousy I get it. I understand your hesitation but ....

Not every team operates that way over the last 2 years I’ve been putting together teams and the basis is always build on support and love for one another. This is what I stand for and honestly girls love it!!

Realistically I do have people who get competitive with their own team mates in a negative way. Not everyone is as personally developed as the next. When I feel someone in a “me, me, me” stage I normally remove them in hopes of self growth.

I hope they come around some do some don’t but I have to stand for my team as as whole. 99% of my team is extremely supportive and it’s something I take pride in. The support is how we are so successful. There is such a power behind a group of women really supporting each other. Super proud of my Fitness Edge Team both clients and business.
