We called these swirls “doughnuts” where I grew up in rural Indiana. You find an empty parking lot with snow, slam the brakes and quickly turn the wheel 180 degrees. When I flew over this swirly design in Pennsylvania I smiled, as I remembered the last time I partook in this foolish activity with Kelly Koons in high school. The rear end of our family Gremlin smashed into a light pole on a fast spin and I learned a lesson the hard way. #winterfun #snow #cars #abstract #doughnuts #swirl @thephotosociety
