During my training cycle for the AO the only squatting I did was a few singles on front squat - literally - because that is all my hip could handle as it was still healing. I’m in for a real treat with the leg soreness that is coming my way after today starting back with some volume squatting again ? 80kg for some 2+2 pause & regular front squats. It is easier to snatch 80 than squat it right now LOL. Great session at @makenacrossfit ☀️ My tank in the video is available via the link in my bio! ☀️
