Motivation is hard for most people during the holidays so make it fun by being social. _ ☀️?Beach workout with the team!! We met in Redondo Beach at staircase C we warmed up for 10 minutes. Then we ran stairs 3 times and each time followed it with a set of push-ups and dips. We ran backwards down the ramp and sprinted up followed by push-ups and dips again. After we did abs and steps ups and to finish out we relayed on the beach and burned out with bear crawls. We spent about an hour working out cardio combined with training and I feel amazing. Don't assume you always need a gym to get a good workout. It's great to mix things up and work in a group setting! I love my team ❤️ _ Killer leg session with @celestecrichmond I love partner workouts because I love the push from your partner. _ ?Reverse lunges back-left-right 14 reps 3 sets 1 rep is all 3 positions. 7 to the left and 7 to the right. Advanced use weights dumbbells or barbell. • ?Cable deadlift- choose a heavy weight on the cable machine. Position the cable low to the ground. Grab the straight bar, step back and the lower your upper body down towards machine feeling a deep stretch in your hamstrings. • ?Gobblet squats for inner thighs. Take a dumbbell hold it with palms facing up at chest height. Toes point outward and squat down feeling the stretch in your inner thighs. • ?Partner Squat with a ball toss. Normally you want more space between you and your partner. Choose a weighted ball and on the top of the squat toss the ball focusing power on your core to throw. • ?Partner sit-ups ball toss again on the top of the sit up toss then all using your core.
