All you need is a weighted plate and for beginners or anyone working out from home - you can try this with no weight/equipment as well!

1️⃣Squat shift to leg lift X 16 reps each side
2️⃣Reverse Lunge to Swing press X 16 reps each leg
3️⃣Forward to Reverse Lunge with press x 16 reps each leg
4️⃣Glute Bridge with Pullover x 20 reps each leg
▶️Repeat for 3 rounds and wobble on outta there!
