THE PERFECT LEG DAY FINISHER TO DO AT HOME! ???? Start with your right leg forward for exercise 1 and 2. Perform exercise 1 for 30seconds and immediately with no rest go into exercise 2 with your right leg forward for 60seconds. Go back to exercise 1 and do the exact same thing with your left leg forward!
It should look like this
Exercise 1: right leg forward
Exercise 2: right leg forward
Exercise 1: left leg forward
Exercise 2: left leg forward.
That is 1 round! Do 3-4 rounds!
