Ode to herbal teas and infusions. Forever grateful to the cold(ish) season as an opportunity to taste herbes, leaves and spices in a runny liquid form that warms up our soul as well as limbs. This was a Moroccan inspired one just with a mugful of mint leaves and a couple of shavings of fresh ginger root. Personally I adore all the Christmasy flavors in infusions which means tons ofcinnamon, cloves, orange zest, cardamom and anice, but then again I refuse to be someone who brings up Christmas in mid November.
