Dining out/travel tip: Eat right. This is definitely number one on my list and with all the options available at resorts you always have a choice! Just because you are traveling doesn’t mean that you have to eat food that will leave you feeling bloated and tired. Proper diet is one of the most important things you can do to make sure you are staying healthy while you are on the road or dining out! Remember to drink water before your meal and if you’re having alcohol opt for having your liquor on the rocks with fresh squeezed lime or mixed with soda water (tonic water has added sugar soooo side water instead)! Have 2 drinks. Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. Especially before bed and you’ll wake up golden and ready for your workout in the morning!
