some spoooooky glute finishers for you to try??

here are some of my fave ways to burn the glutes after my workout sess!! I usually stick to 3-4 burn out exercises and do each for 2 sets

✖️kettlebell froggy pumps✖️the hamstrings are shortened here, so this movement really puts the focus on the glutes. just be mindful of squeezing you glutes at the top!? 2x20

✖️quadruped banded kickback✖️keeping a bend in my knee I'm extending at the hips while pressing my heel into the ceiling - 2x15

✖️standing dumbbell abduction✖️you may want to use something to help stabilize you in this drill. here I'm using a foam roller. with this exercise, try your best to have the outer part of your leg push against the dumbbell. you may be tempted to just carry the weight in your hand without actually using it for resistance, but it's important to remember the muscles we're trying to work! in this case, our abductor muscle group?
