Shoulder tips! Training shoulders right isn’t as easy as it seems, but when done right it’s one of my favorite days of the week.
1️⃣We do lots of rotator cuff work on the @fitnessculturetraining program to ensure we keep shoulders moving properly in full range of motion.
2️⃣ We strict press directly overhead. Moving the head out of the way and continuing a straight bar path.
3️⃣Seated Side raise- try to keep the arms ALMOST locked out and keep the tension on the medial delt by never letting the arms rest by your side.
4️⃣ On upright rows keep the bar as close to your body as possible!
5️⃣Cable side raise are a great finishing movement. Cheat it up and fight gravity on the last few reps!
6️⃣. Hiit cardio to finish the workout- 10 seconds all out followed by 1 Min off.
