Nutty Beetroot Brownies ? These delish beet brownies are the EASIEST Sunday baking treat; a true 1 whizz wonder. Ideal for when you’re craving that little something sweet ?Plus they use my favourite @pbfit.uk powdered peanut butter ? MIXERS AT THE READY!!!??‍?
Whizz together 2 small beets, 2 tbsp chocolate @pbfit.uk, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1 cup ground oats, 3 flax eggs, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp vanilla extract until a smooth gloopy batter forms ? ➡️ Pour the gloop into a lined, greased baking tray & drizzle on some more @pbfit.uk peanut butter (cuz you can never have too much right??). Drag though with a knife to marble ➡️ place on the middle shelf and bake at 170 for around 25 minutes until cooked through.
