How do you stay motivated all the time is one of the most common questions people ask me so I want to share my answer with you! Motivation is what gets us started but consistency is what keeps us going. How can you stay consistent? NEVER finish a workout WITHOUT positive self talk. One of the most important things you can do is recognize and appreciate yourself and your body and for taking some time for yourself (no matter how much time that is). If you keep our focus on positive self talk you’ll see changes in every aspect of your life. Make it a point after EVERY workout to tell yourself something positive and then you’ll start to see the consistency happen without you even thinking about it.
