? Hot Yoga ??‍♀️ - have taken 2 classes this week and I am loving it. Doing a 1:15 hot vinyasa hip opener class!
? Got my hair did with some low lights - ? cuz it’s fall y’all!
? Client Check Ins ?? ? - so much positive progress I heard about from my @barbellsandbowssquad today made me thankful for my career path to help others succeed!
? Played with my fur babies @popespitbulls ?? ? Rehab exercises for my hip & shoulder!
- Using this setback to my advantage to focus on my overall fitness & well being. Feeling grateful to have built a fit & heathy lifestyle today ?? it ain’t all about how much weight we can throw over our heads.
