Every. Single. Kilo. ? True Story: I am very fearful of cleans from the hang and the blocks ... it shows my weakness so much on the clean, pulling through the middle in to the turnover is slow and weak for me. I am very strong off the floor and my power overrides this weakness, but if i can improve it - the whole lift will get stronger - soooo gotta work on it! I clarked these weights at first and then @aimees2cents had me start over and literally do a 1kg jump all the way up to 75kg - mentally challenging and drilled the right technique all the way up! ??
