Pair with hot rice 🍚 or grains + a side of miso🍲 my fave! each generation of my Japanese ancestors ate ume + lived over 90, you can find these at the Japanese market. . shiitake mushrooms: boosts immunity, packed w amino acids, magnesium, potassium & beauty benefits - anti aging skin benefits from antioxidants. Slice them up and sauté with olive oil + a touch of tamari + rice vinegar. add them to your miso soup, or sauté them & toss into your fave bowls- see my last 4 books + my site for recipes! maitake mushrooms: anti-aging properties: antioxidants, vitamins B + C, fiber.
