The hammer fell this evening in #HongKong on the final lot in our autumn sales series. More than 36,000 visitors, 3,199 lots sold, at least 17 auction records set, and 20 auctions held in just five days. From Qianlong porcelain masterpieces, valuable wristwatches, blue diamonds and historic wines, to a stellar offering of Asian and Western art, the stage was set for an exciting season. Led by a monumental modern masterpiece by Zao Wou-Ki which sold for a record price, the series concluded with a grand total of HK$3.64 billion / US$466.1 million.
