I don't 'bulk' or 'cut' and my body stays relatively the same year round with changes being gradual, long term and sustainable. I don't use squeems or waist trainers. I'm content where I'm at. It wasn't always like this. I used to look in the mirror wishing for a bigger boottayy or smaller waist. I used to stress about what I ate and how much I worked out. I always thought each diet would be ‘different this time’. And so the cycle would recharge time and time again along with the binges, rebounds and unhappiness. Most of my issues were actually CAUSED by dieting. - Even though I was underweight and not overweight I still had an unhealthy relationship with my body and food. Everyone (males included) have body worries, and I'm not exempt but I have learned to love the skin I'm in and it wasn't until then that the outside started reflecting that. By learning the difference between looking good on the outside and FEELING good and being healthy on the inside, I was able to transform my mind and you can too. - SO much of the 'weight' struggle is MENTAL and dieting tends to make food the enemy! I enjoy teaching people how to tap into their mindset and look at dieting and training in a different light. My goal is for you to commit to exercising as a way to FEEL better physically and mentally instead of using it as a driving force to burn calories. My goal is to teach you how to use nutrition as a path to feeling as physically good and healthy as you can instead of using it as another mechanism to make you feel bad about the way you eat. - Just a little reminder that the losing weight won't make you a happier person, you'll just weigh less.
