My faves: salmon, tuna and toro toro! I'm not a fan of whitefish. I'll eat it cooked but unlike most people, I always prefer fattier cuts! (No reason other than personal preference and the fact that my body reacts well to high fats). No, this doesn't mean I abstain from carbs. I eat a ton of carbs, heck more than half of my diet is fruit!
Im not a huge advocate of rice (I like the taste of fish and I feel rice rolls are too overpowering) but I am a sucker for sugary eel sauce ???. Point blank, these are MY preferences. They aren't 'right' or 'wrong'. They are what I like and what my body responds to ?
