I meaaaaannnnn...I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more glorious book cover than this one. Judging a book by its cover might not normally be the best idea, but you’d be more than okay to do it in this case. At a little over 100 pages, it is packed with beautiful writing, thoughtful questions to inspire change, and just an incredible articulation or what is needed for us to embrace our own radical self-love, and to create a world in which it exists for all bodies. @sonyareneetaylor is also a great person to follow on Instagram and her website TheBodyIsNotAnApology.com is a great resource for those on this journey.
