The La Vina cheesecake everyone’s been telling me about. The tip looks bubbly and caramelized, but the inside is surprisingly delicate and smooth. Each order gets you thin slices, perfectly tempered and creamy. I didn’t think I could finish after a whole afternoon of eating, but left the plate empty.
