What happens to you during that time of month?? ✅✅ Ah Yes, THAT time of month. Period time. I remember being in primary school and all my friends had their period and I went home one day and cried and mum was like “WHAT’S WRONG” and I said “everyone has their period .. I want MY PERIOD” ... my mum looked mortified. She was like “Darling, I love you ... but you DO NOT want your period” haha? I remember getting it not long after and instantly regretting everything I ever said! ??? I was 12. My experience with my period has not been the best, at all for varying reasons. I can get migraines, headaches, pains in my back, pains down my legs and I feel SOOOO tired. Sometimes I don’t feel much at all, but sometimes it’s terrible. My best advice is to just wait every month, see how you feel and act accordingly. If you are in pain and sore, just rest or go for short walks. If you are perfectly fine, feel free to train as usual! Sometimes I’m able to keep training as if nothing has happened and other times I have to fully adjust my routine, but that’s fine.
